At Espaii, all of our goods are proudly manufactured in Bali, Indonesia.
We aim to deliver the best experience by ensuring that your order is processed and shipped quickly.
Order Processing and Shipping Timeline:
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, it will be shipped from Bali within 48 hours. If your order is placed on weekends or public holidays, it will be dispatched within the next two business days.
You will receive an email with all the shipping details, including a tracking number once the order has been shipped.

Shipping costs will be calculated automatically on our website as soon as you fill in all the required order information, including the destination address.
Shipping Restrictions:

We do not ship to the following countries due to postal restrictions: Afghanistan, Iran, Pakistan, Iraq, Myanmar, Serbia, North Korea.

Please do not use PO Box addresses for delivery.

Be sure to include all necessary details, such as unit numbers or levels, for accurate delivery.
Signature Upon Delivery: To ensure safe delivery, all parcels must be signed upon receipt. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, your package will be taken to the nearest sorting facility, and you will need to reschedule delivery with DHL or Pos Indonesia.
Lost or Failed Deliveries: Espaii is not responsible for parcels lost in transit or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please ensure all delivery details are accurate before completing your order.
Returns:
Customers are responsible for the return postage costs. We do not reimburse shipping costs for returned items.
